Sites that look like link networks or are off-topic for you score much lower — whatever their DR says.
Value for money is simply that score divided by the cheapest price anyone lists the site at — so a solid link at $40 beats a slightly better one at $900.
Good / Caution / Reject is a separate safety check we run monthly on the sites people look at most, using live data — sites we haven't screened yet say so. Good means it passed. Caution means it's usable — read the reason on the card before you buy. Reject means we found signs the site can't pass real value, and we'd spend the money elsewhere.
